Introduction to Constant Time Theory
Constant Time Theory (CTT) starts with a bold but simple idea:
Time is the fundamental field of reality.
Everything else—space, matter, energy, information, even consciousness—emerges from the way this field behaves.
In CTT, time is not something we travel through or a number we place on events.
Time is the medium that continually recreates the universe.
Only the present moment exists. The past has disappeared; the future is not yet formed.
Reality is rebuilt, moment by moment.
CTT describes this temporal field through two behaviours:
Θ_E (the renewing mode) — drives the constant “refreshing” of reality and underlies the expansion of the universe.
Θ_S (the structuring mode) — stores patterns, memory, geometry, and physical laws, giving the universe its stability.
These are not substances—just different ways time expresses itself.
Renewal creates change; structure makes things persist.
Gravity and the Flow of Time
In areas with lots of matter, the structuring mode Θ_S becomes denser and harder to update.
Because renewal (Θ_E) must move through this structure, time ticks more slowly there.
This provides a natural explanation for gravitational time dilation: the universal “present” remains unified, whereas local time runs at a reduced rate.
The maximum possible renewal rate occurs at the Planck scale—about 1.85 × 10⁴³ renewals per second. This is effectively the tempo of reality.
Light moves at the speed c not because it is mystical, but because it is simple: it has almost no structure, so it can update at the maximum pace.
Matter is a stable pattern stored in Θ_S.
Consciousness is the experience of renewal happening within a structured system.
Memory is not a link to a living past—it is information stored in the present.

In this view, the universe is not an object inside time.
It is the unfolding behaviour of time itself—recreated now, and now, and now again.
